Argentine

Argentines, also known as Argentinians or Argentineans, are people associated with Argentina. These ties may be legal, historical, ancestral, or cultural. For most Argentines, several of these connections exist and are collectively the source of their Argentine identity. It is estimated that between 79.4% to 85% of Argentina's population are whites, while mestizos constitute between 10.7% to 16.3%; according to the 2022 census, indigenous make up 2.8%, while blacks account 0.7%. Regardless of predominant ancestry, it is estimated that between 30% and 56% of Argentines have at least one Amerindian ancestor, and between 4% and 6% have at least one African ancestor.
