Common Fisheries Policy
The Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) is the fisheries policy of the European Union (EU). It sets quotas for how many of each fish species member states are allowed to catch, provides member states with fishing access to the Exclusive Economic Zones (EEZ) of all other member states, and manages sustainable fishing of the EU's EEZ.
