Kioxia is a Japanese semiconductor memory and data-storage group headquartered in Tokyo. It is headed by the publicly traded holding company Kioxia Holdings Corporation. Its wholly owned principal operating subsidiary, Kioxia Corporation, develops, manufactures and sells NAND flash memory, solid-state drives (SSDs), and related storage products.
