Timur Ruslanovich Turlov is a Russian-born Kazakhstani businessman who has served as the president of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) since September 2026. He founded the investment company Freedom Finance in 2008, and as of 2026 has an estimated net worth of US$7.4 billion.
