VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd is the Finnish state-owned research and technology organisation (RTO) and the largest organisation conducting applied research in Finland. It is a non-profit limited liability company wholly owned by the Finnish state and operating under the mandate of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, as part of Finland's national innovation system.
